What we collect from restaurants

Your name, restaurant name and address, email, phone number and the catering details you send us. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.

Business contact data

To find offices near you, we use public business listings and business email addresses that companies publish on their own websites or listings. We email business addresses about catering only, and we stop as soon as anyone asks.

How we use it

We use your information to run the service, send your emails, bill you and contact you about your account. We don't sell it. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service (Stripe for payments, our email sending provider and our web host).

Opting out

If you received an email sent through Big Order Catering and don't want more, reply and say so, or email hello@getbigordercatering.com. We'll remove you from every restaurant we send for.
